A cinnamon-filled brioche roll, topped with a creamy fromage blanc sauce that melts gently over the soft pastry.

Our bakers start with the same hand-shaped brioche dough, generously filled with cinnamon and baked slowly to achieve that soft, caramelised crumb. Once out of the oven, each roll is topped with a generous layer of cream made from fromage blanc and pasteurised milk, flavoured with natural vanilla. The softness and freshness, the cinnamon and the milky sweetness: it is this balance that makes all the difference.
