At the start of the 21st century, in a small workshop where flour swirled through the air like snow, a simple idea took shape: to revive the authenticity of the bread of yesteryear. And so Hafedh Ben Naceur, a young and passionate Master Artisan, opened the first Le Pain d’Antan bakery in Wavre.

His ambition?
To preserve the true taste of bread, pass on a love for the craft, and prove that artisanal can go hand in hand with modern.
