Olive fougasse
A fougasse with a soft, fragrant crumb, combining black and green olives, virgin olive oil and mild spices. Baked on stone for a subtly golden crust.
Our artisans incorporate green and black olives, flavoured with basil and seasoned with coriander and thyme, directly into the dough. Baking on stone perfects this rustic and convivial bread.
