Tomato Fougasse
A soft fougasse with the flavour of the South, enriched with generous pieces of marinated tomatoes and seasoned with oregano. Its light crumb and sunny taste evoke summer meals.
Our artisans hand-mix marinated sun-dried tomatoes directly into the dough, seasoned with aromatic herbs. The delicate shaping preserves the crumb, resulting in a soft and fragrant fougasse.
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, milk, tomato, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, herbs, oregano, starch, rapeseed oil, lemon juice, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, rennet, wheat sourdough, yoghurt powder, wheat gluten, malt from barley, enzymes, spices, malt from wheat, ascorbic acid.
