A golden fougasse with a generous flavour, combining marinated sun-dried tomatoes and chunks of melted feta. Seasoned with oregano and aromatic herbs, it brings sunshine and sweetness to every bite.
Our artisans incorporate marinated tomatoes and chunks of feta into the dough, ensuring a balanced ratio to preserve the softness of the crumb. The addition of oregano and herbs adds a summery touch, enhanced by baking on stone.
