A mousse made with artisan-infused vanilla, a fruity raspberry centre and a handmade shortbread with fresh pistachios. A refined dessert to share between 4.
Our artisans infuse whole Madagascar vanilla pods and extract each grain to create a mousse with generous aromas. The shortbread is enriched with fresh pistachios, which are also used for decoration.
