Prepared like its version for sharing, this profiterole is a homemade golden choux pastry filled with cream and topped with chocolate. A balance of textures in a format to enjoy on your own.
Ingredients: Pasteurised milk cream, milk, sugar, eggs, water, wheat flour, butter, cocoa paste, cocoa powder, almonds, invert sugar, vanilla concentrate, potato starch, defatted cocoa powder, salt, natural vanilla, potassium carbonate, beef gelatine, corn starch, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, carrageenan, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
