Our artisans select perfectly ripe peaches, slice them and arrange them by hand on a shortcrust pastry base. An egg and almond mixture binds the whole creation together. The almonds add a subtle sweetness to the finish, without ever overpowering the peach’s fragrance. There’s nothing superfluous: the seasonal ingredients do all the work.

Ingredients: peach, wheat flour, sugar, butter, almonds, water, eggs, yeast, whole milk powder, salt, starch, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes.

We use fresh, in-season peaches to ensure an authentic flavour and a lovely texture.

It is only slightly sweet, allowing the natural flavour of the fruit to shine through.

Serve slightly warmed, after leaving it out of the fridge for about twenty minutes. The peach flavour comes through best at room temperature.
