Our artisans knead a dough enriched with eggs, butter and milk for a long time to achieve a light and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Shaping it into balls and lining them up gives it its recognisable shape and honeycomb crumb.
Ingredients: butter, eggs, sugar, water, yeast, salt, wheat flour, whole milk powder, starch, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
