Light and melt-in-the-mouth, our sugar brioche has a delicate flavour of butter and vanilla. Each piece is shaped by hand to create an irresistible texture.
The dough is carefully kneaded by our bakers, then baked until golden and sprinkled with sugar just before coming out of the oven, resulting in a light, irresistible crispiness.
