Our artisans prepare a mixture of rice gently cooked in milk, enhanced with a hint of vanilla. Poured onto a golden pastry base, it bakes to a soft texture and authentic flavour.
Ingredients: wheat flour, milk, eggs, sugar, pasteurised cream, butter, rice, cream, water, yeast, whole milk powder, salt, starch, corn starch, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, carrageenan, sodium lactylates.
