For Valentine's Day, our workshops have focused on a single word: the heart.
The heart in shapes, in recipes, in flavour combinations... and above all in the artisanal touch.

This year, Le Pain d'Antan offers a selection of gourmet creations, designed to say "I love you" directly, sincerely and deliciously.

The raspberry and vanilla macaron: sweetness and contrast

To accompany this collection, our pastry chefs have created a raspberry and vanilla macaron that is both delicate and generous.

It combines a creamy vanilla mascarpone cream, a raspberry confit at its heart and the star raspberries of our Vanilla and Pistachio.

A balance between fruity freshness and vanilla sweetness, designed to seduce without excess.

The dessert trio: the essentials combined in one creation

Because love also comes in many flavours, we have created a dessert trio, bringing together three of our must-have desserts.

This gourmet trio consists of:

  • a mini raspberry cake,
  • a mini chocolate royal,
  • and a raspberry-vanilla macaron, delicately placed on a reconstituted shortbread.

Our boxes of artisan pralines contain 15 heart-shaped pralines, created and decorated by hand in the purest Belgian chocolate tradition.
