Made in accordance with tradition, our galettes combine crispy, pure butter puff pastry with a creamy and generous frangipane filling, for a moment of sharing that is as convivial as it is delicious.

Each galette is meticulously crafted by our artisans: delicately golden puff pastry, patiently worked, and a balanced, melt-in-the-mouth, fragrant frangipane filling. The result is a galette des rois that is light, crispy and delicious, designed to appeal to all food lovers, young and old alike.
