At the heart of this Muguet is its homemade hazelnut praline, made with 77% hazelnuts: an exceptional proportion that gives it a rare aromatic intensity. The three chocolates (milk, white and dark) are combined to create contrasts in flavour and texture. 

The milk and dark Crispearls – tiny balls of crispy cereal coated in chocolate – add a light, playful crunch to every bite. The finishing touch? 100% natural colourings that faithfully recreate the hues of a real sprig of lily of the valley.

FAQ

A standard praline typically contains 40–50% nuts, with the rest being sugar. With 77% hazelnuts, our praline is first and foremost a hazelnut paste: dense, aromatic and naturally rich, which explains the intense, authentic flavour of this Muguet.

No, all the colours are derived from 100% natural dyes: the yellow comes from saffron and lemon, the red from radish, blackcurrant and apple, and the green from spirulina. No artificial colourings are used.

Crispearls are small puffed cereal balls coated in milk or dark chocolate. They add a delicate, light crunch to the taste, which contrasts nicely with the smooth, melt-in-the-mouth hazelnut praline.
