Thin and golden, our Almond Tuiles are a masterpiece of biscuit lightness. Generously scattered with caramelised flaked almonds, they offer an airy crunch and a buttery sweetness that melt on the tongue. A great French patisserie classic in all its purity.

The generous almond content is what immediately sets these tuiles apart from industrial versions. The flaked almonds are spread over a light batter of egg whites and yolks, which gives the tuile its delicacy and snap. Careful baking caramelises the almonds just right, for a lightly toasted note that pairs beautifully with the sweet softness of the batter.
