Our artisan bakers combine spelt, rye, wheat and malt flours to create a dough that is rich in flavour and fibre. Stone baking and fermentation develop a dense and tasty crumb.
Ingredients: Water, spelt flour, rye flour, wheat germ, salt, yeast, sunflower oil, wheat malt, starch, wheat flour, malted wheat flour, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, wheat gluten.
