Our artisans choose a subtle blend of flours and bake the bread in a mould to achieve a uniform texture and thin crust. Its small size makes it very practical for everyday use.
Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, spelt flour, wheat germ, salt, rye flour, yeast, sunflower oil, wheat malt, starch, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, wheat gluten.
