Lotus speculoos biscuits are mixed into the ice cream, then crushed pieces are added for an irresistible biscuity texture. All the deliciousness of a caramelised biscuit in an ice cream version.
Our artisans incorporate Lotus speculoos directly into the milk base. Before potting, pieces are added to give it body and a biscuity texture that surprises with every spoonful.
