The selection of pralines

This box contains five varieties of exceptional pralines:

- La Quiberon: Soft caramel infused with Bourbon vanilla, fleur de sel and milk chocolate shell
- Piedmont: 70% rustic hazelnut praline, whole roasted hazelnut and milk chocolate shell
- La San Diego: 70% pecan praline, crispy Feuilletine and milk chocolate shell
- La Bengale passion: Passion fruit and mango jelly, milk chocolate and passion fruit ganache, milk chocolate shell
- La Venise: Raspberry confit, dark chocolate ganache and raspberry puree, dark chocolate shell.

The pistachio/raspberry macaron

Available from February 14 to 16

This delicate macaron in Valentine's Day colors is ideal for sharing with two people.
Its delicate red shell contains a pistachio insert composed of reconstituted pistachio, cream and a pistachio biscuit and caramelized pistachios.
All decorated with vanilla mascarpone cream and raspberries.
